Joel is no longer with the Salt Company and has disappeared?!? These Salt Network Pastors have nothing but time and money one their hands to do what .... PREY on college kids. BTW the Salt Company hides the fact it is Southern Baptist Convention .

I loved meeting David at Global Genes last year. I Keep thinking of his book as now I am chasing down another diagnosis and feel at times it’s like a race against the clock. It’s always wonderful to hear the stories of others and how they work through their challenges.

I really enjoyed your positive "Can Do" and practical approach to life challenges and 'disaster'. I don't agree that everyone has innate resilience, based on evidence shared through trauma lens - we're not born with it, however supported by a consistent and caring adult, the learning and teaching experiences throughout childhood can develop resilience and then support us through the 'sucker punches and train wrecks' faced. Great to highlight we have toolboxes and what is in them that can help.

Thank you for an amazing episode on resilience that transcends rare disease and can be applied to any difficult circumstance we face. We're all facing the effects of COVID-19 now, just in different ways. David's 5 tools for resilience are great to arm us these days.
