Hi Hilary, long time no see! Just wanted to send you some unexpected kindness your way today by sending you a video "Like" and letting you know this that this tapping did help me today after a hard time (getting unfair shop reviews from various kinds of "those kinds of customers" with certain mindsets/attitude/lens/mental problems/unstable energies/IQ issues/etc... I think maybe you can relate to that as a professional reader yourself as well, especially when they write the review in an "understanding" and "legit" tone with "legit neutral fair reviewer stance" tone, and you fear that any other person reading it will BELIEVE anything in the review). And I was feeling stuck and worried a lot that satisfied customers don't really leave a review and the shop is still somewhat new on the platform (so not enough populated sales yet). I'm sure you can relate to this, so maybe taking the courage to share this you today helps foster more of a community and support network. :) I started changing my energy as much as I can and know this is a blessing in disguise and doing much better already, but the fear and aftershocks is still somewhat present. Somehow this led me to your video today and I did have tears as I tapped with your video today. :D Anyway, hope sharing this with you was the right thing and that you find meaning in your own way. :D

I would suggest more tapping around "what other people (clients or prospective customers) think about me is none of my business" and/or "the right people are always finding me". seeing a dentist. I get horrible anxiety at the dentist. but im going to take the first step and research which dentist I'd like to see.

Beautiful! That's fantastic that you're starting small, and you can integrate tapping into every step. At the dentist, you can even mentally visualize the tapping points in your mind and speak the words in your head. I just read about someone doing that this morning that also has anxiety around dental visits and they said it really helped them. Good luck!
