Well done. Though It should be said that its specifically the Spartan Lakonian sword that was that short. While the Xiphos used by other Greeks like Athenians tended towards being longer. However Spartans also used the Kopis sword which is in itself a longer blade than the Lakonian type.

Hi Steven, been loving all the recommendations, but I have one for you I think you'll love: Breath, A Life in Flow by Rickson Gracie. It follows his life from growing up in Rio, fighting vale-tudo in Japan and tragically losing his son (and how he recovered). Seems very inline with your interests, and I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't already read it.

I totally agree Steven, Golf in the Kingdom opens one's mind to all sorts of things both sensory and metaphysical. Your statements in this video are spot on, and I truly enjoyed your book as well! I am constantly searching for my own unique authentic swing.

I just want to express my gratitude. A Brazilian philosopher, Maria Lucia Helena (a really smart woman), was discussing your books with such enthusiasm, where you explain how procrastination stems from our inner resistance. I had to look up Steven Pressfield just to say thank you.

You're wrong, Stephen. Warrior society lives in the military. Missions to kill savages are the same today as they were hundreds of years ago.

Hello, Steven. Curious, in regards to the red hardcover, I am only finding them for $150. The initial entry price seems a little steep. However, you mentioned something about $40. Is this for the hardcover? I am not finding the red hardcover version for this amount. Thanks for the review 💯
