No. 1. Cancer is not contagious 2. Colossus is 100% organic metal all around, even his organs are metal. According to comics, he's invulnerable to any organic contamination as long as he activates his armor at will. 3. In this scene, Wade aka Deadpool was already cured of his cancer due to the forced activation of the mutant gene by almost depriving his body of oxygen in the lab experiment flashback.
