My issue with this is you can't walk quickly I don't think. Does anyone know how to do that? It's really hard to move around stealthily without accidentally starting to sprint

sometimes, yeah. if you press square to expand the 'tactical sprint assist's setting, there is a delay slider you can set to 0, but I have mine on 0 and still have some delay so idk

If you're trying to get the bio vida healing boost challenge done, heres a tip. If you use it on a group of teammates BEFORE they engage in combat, they will start healing the second they're shot at, and you'll get tons of healing progress to unlocking that skin.

The biovida boost is really good at helping you keep pressure on chokepoins with an LMG. If you get damaged, just move 2 meters behind a cover and use the boost, then continue mowing down the chokepoint. The enemy will have almost 0 chance of clearing through the choke point to challenge you. Dont see much else use for it, but for the mentioned purpose its really, really good.

Using the healing can "agressively" like you describe when taking a spot is soo good. And probably the biggest mistake is, not doing that, saving it for IF you take the spot. Biggest mistake with ultra is throwing it down, and running out of it like it they think it would follow them around.

The ultra is best used when you have your team with you because they're covered as well throughout the entire shield and can duck mines and can shoot through the shield to kill enemies on the outside. You want to use this when you are capturing an objective and need to make a push to the objective

@@eelge true, why not INCENTIVISE obj by making the shield stronger on obj but weaker outside of obj? Like make it to where bullets go through the shield but it's half dmg when off obj. But on obj it's much stronger and you can't be shot through it?
