Hey Ollie! Great tips. What about being totally paralyzed with fear of being laughed out thebroom? I would love to go back to the gym (and start CrossFit) but I’m so far away from my previous level of fitness I’m afraid I’ll be instantly rejected. Any tips?

Another great vlog man! Really cool that you got into gymnastics. That'll really help with building core strength and overall body flexibility for sure!
