Can the edible print be cut using dental floss or fish wire? Which works best?

I have not used this technique personally. I always use a sharp, serrated knife.

We deliver sugar sheets -50inr + transport all over world (we own sugar sheet factory)

To peel off easily put the sheet in a polythene cover n keep it in a freezer and let it cool for a min. Then peel

After you apply the edible image and put in the fridge, when you take it out again (to give it to the client/customer) will the ink bleed when getting to room temp again???

It shouldn't. It will be fused into the frosting so don't touch it. Good luck!

Hi! Could you help me please. 1) After we have our buttercream on the cake, are you recommending that we wait an hour after we take it out of the fridge prior to the image on the cake? 2) How long do we need to wait to eat the cake after the edible print has been applied?

So sorry I just saw this! Hope it worked out for you. I would wait because it could bubble or warp as it returns to room temperature. You don't need to wait but I think it's better if you wait for the image to fuse into the icing.

On room temp ...u mean to say aft setting in the fridge for abt 1 hr we have to remove the cake from the fridge and then keep it in a room temp to get the cake ready for applying image on it ? Plz clear my doubt . Thank u

You don't have to put the cake in the fridge. If you do, then bring it to room temperature before applying. Good luck!

Good question! I usually wait for the image to seep into the icing before putting it in the fridge!

Can the image applied onto the cake be stored in the fridge overnight or will colors bleed?

Excellent question! I store it back inside the plastic it came in once the ink is dry. Any condensation in the fridge might make it bleed when you touch it to adhere to your cake, so I wouldn't advise it. Good luck!
