Really? It's not a scam. I'm literally going in for surgery today, have you maybe thought that sometimes things don't just go back to normal on its own? The skin is vertically split open an the fingernail tore off. So yeah. This is not a scam. This is my livelihood

Some can use bracing, casting or even taping, but if the bones are fractured in a finger or badly injured in a way that needs surgery, then yes, surgery is a better option.
