I’d suggest for you to eat more calories because if u want to grow muscle you need to be eating protein. You’re physical is on the skinnier side so I would suggest you to also ingest some healthy fats like avocado and carbs like rice, bread, potato, etc. Another thing is that your forms aren’t that good and you can get injured so I’d also suggest you to watch videos on form for the workouts you’re doing than focusing on the reps, and/or sets.
