Basically italian car manufacturers found a way to sell sporty looking cars to the general public., But, They weren’t able to be fast enough, Couldn’t handle a simple race track pre-race warm up., Extremely unreliable and almost impossible to work on during a race pit-stop., Zero basic conforts like a cup holder.. But they always have claimed this where track designed race cars 🤣

I had a 74 AMX. It was my first car. There just aren't words to express how much I regret getting rid of that car.

The v a is a pretty good engine, not saying it doesn't go bad, but it's pretty liable. At least my dad still has his pr2011 f 150.❤ And yes, it's a decade old stair running it loud and proud. Ford built tough and now give a fly away, people say.

I had a red 1972 amx 304 in high school 1975 still my favorite car. I remember cruising down the road and turning into a store on 2 wheels to see a friend. Handled great. Best back spoiler.

I had two 1962 Chevy Impala’s and one 1964 Chevy Impala but sold 62’s and my sister total out my 64. Now I have 1948 Chevy Fleetline here Monterey county.

guy went a little crazy with the trim details... this thing simply has too many badges, too many decals, and too many autozone accessories. it's everywhere. the body, the engine, the interior... it starts to look tacky and cheap

The emblem in the middle of the grills should be BLACK for 1972. 1971 it was see through to the body color like this one. That's all I can see that could be changed if desired. Simple way for me to tell this was made in 72 and not late 71 is the BACK of the rearview mirrors changed in 72 to black instead of chrome.

That car is beautiful....and the year i was born....i believe that this car is my destiny. Now im going to pray every day that i receive this car as a gift from God.... everyone out there who reads my comment feel free to pray aling with or for me. I just watched this video again, you can see by the comment below, I had just bought mine 3 years ago. I've had a couple minor hiccups with mechanicals, but overall it is running great and is such a fun car to drive. Earlier this year, while sitting in a parking lot, waiting behind two other vehicles to exit onto the main drag, when the Silverado directly in front of me got impatient with the car in front of him not exiting onto the street when he had an opening and all of a sudden put his Silverado into reverse and climbed up over the front left of my SSR causing over 5K damage. Two months in the shop was mostly waiting for a front grill trim piece the body shop couldn't locate. I finally got on line and through "SSRFanatics" found, in just an hour, what I needed. All together now and unnoticeable. Not a quiet nor smooth riding car, but then it's not a car at all, it's a truck. One of the best features is the hard top/convertible capability. I have found two scale models, the newer found one is slightly larger and is mounted on a display base that mentions "2000 SSR Concept Car". The smaller one is the Pacific Blue and the larger is Asphalt Black. Shortly after getting mine, and having never really seeing more than one ever before, my neighbor's dad stopped by in his 2005 Silver 6 speed SSR and his uncle stopped also with his 2004 Redline Red, just like mine. All three parked by each other. I have also seen a black SSR on my way to church and I see a Yellow one always parked in front of a house about 2 miles from where I live. For not being many made, sure seems like quite a few in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area.
