I teared up when you talked about your bunny liking worship music & being God's creation ❤ I'm considering adopting a bunny and was excited to find your Christ-focused channel!

We just lost our Holland lop, Bunilla, after nearly 8 years -- he was a year old when we got him from the animal shelter. He lived a long, happy life with my husband and me. We are still in mourning. It warms my heart to see your Sophie. Rabbits are prey animals, so intuitively they associate getting picked up with getting eaten. We only picked up Bunilla when we needed to administer eyedrops. Definitely bunny proof the areas you let her run around. Also, after about 6 months have her fixed. It prevents cancers females develop otherwise-- you'll have her longer. You are right -- they are a lot of work, and you definitely need to be financially stable.

please adopt your next rabbit if you plan to have one since it is way cheaper and way better health wise anyways (for the bunny) 🫶😊

Where do you get your bunny ?
@ModestFOXX11 ай бұрын
You can get them at pet stores but its reccomended to adopt them from shelters because your saving bunnies and not just buying bunnies to give the breeders money
@dardarstar11 ай бұрын
please adopt !! rabbits who are adopted are way cheaper and also have less health issues usually :)

I had bunnies all my childhood. The best i ever had actually looked like the one from the video. I had him for at least 12 years, and he was just gorgeous, and so affectionate. I still miss him to that day.

Glad you did your research. I also want to mention that bunnies can be adopted. Many bunnies in shelters need homes. It is also cheaper to adopt a bunny and they’re already spayed and neutered.

Is it just me or did everybody start to cry when she started talking about god omg my new idol
@haleydropthemikeАй бұрын
I started tearing up too 🥹, but I would maybe say "role model" instead of "idol". Idol implies worship, and we are to only worship God and put Him first 😊

I am writing on my husbands youtube account here Melquea (I was who wrote the multiple comments on the bunny video that showed up in the feed) LOVE THAT VIDEO. I met Jesus personally in a suicide attempt in junior high. My dad was a narcissistic abuser and I was forbidden to go to the Evangelical Presbyterian solid church we had been going to since I was in grade school because my dad did not want me to be baptized. I felt a hand on my wrist holding me back from committing the act although no one physically was in my room, which was barred with furniture for privacy sake.

IF you get another bunny, introduce them first. The one you might want may not be the one Sophie wants! I got two rex rabbits in my early 20s and I read all I could on bunnies before getting them and one of the main things said was dont get two males or two females because they'll by territorial. OH BOY. so I got little Hazo (vision in Hebrew) and Mishma (hearing in Hebrew) was a few months old. I was like WHAT have I done? She HATED this THING at first. She had been so gentle but MAN the jealousy! This foreign THING I had brought into live with us. SHE HATED Hazo at first and I had to keep them seperate because even in her cage she would lunge and grunt at him. Eventually they sorta got somewhat along but were never bonded as best buds.

AH YES--good point with the cords. I cant recall the name of the product I got but it is probably something similar to what you showcase here. I got the product I had at Container Store (covers the cords).

I used an oversized kennel for my rabbits as their sleeping area. With my Flemish lop being larger, I invested in two large dog play pens cuz as he grew older, he really did not run around that much, he was more a lap bunny, He wasn't interested in zooming around but had plenty of space and also had his own room. You do have to be careful of kennels though if the bunny is too small or big...you dont want them trying as an infant to stick their head through the squares or getting their paws stuck. I just found the kennels easier to wipe down and clean--removing the carefresh and cleaning it down.

Uh, its not false advertising about the litter box. You REALLY have to train them early on, get it repetitively in them to use this space and this space only. It takes a LOT of patience. Plus, it also depends somewhat on the personality of the bunny. Some are more cleanly, some are more messy. Sex is also a factor, males will especially if there is another male bunny around poo and pee as territorial. My mishma rabbit (rex rabbit) HATED her cage cleaned every week. But it had to be done! Then she would spend a good 10-15 minutes with a scowl on her face having squeaked and grunted in protest through the entire ordeal, pushing this over there with her paws and gathering up that with her paws to her JUST the way SHE wanted! But she never peed or poo in the apartment. If she wanted to go, she went in her kennel to the corner and pee& pooed there. My third rabbit, a male was a bit messier in general, but he had been trained as a baby when I got him and he also kept things to his litter box, pellets got scattered about because he ran in short bursts of energy but it wasn't cuz he was going all over the place. Bunnies heart rates beat wayyyy faster than ours, they live in speed motion. They eat fast, and they have to eat a lot to keep their teeth ground down, so it just goes with who they are that they poop a lot., One tip I saw the other day in a bunny video I had not been told about but that made sense, when you're litter training them, put the box right where they eat, so they understand, this is the eat and poop station. This is the one place for all of this. So I can poop while or after I eat kinda deal, then I can go hop around and have fun. Instead of picking up the poop with your fingers (which I did too with my first bun bun) I recommend getting a pooper scooper.

I will say tho as a fellow believer, which you may or may not be aware of, soaking worship is steeped in the new age "light" occultism. I used to dabble in new age myself, having lived in CA. I recommend worship music like Beckah Shae, Christafaris old music, Paul WIlbur (Jewish Christian), Jonathan Maracle and Broken Walls (Native Christian), Shane & Shane, Yolanda Adams (gospel), Steven Curtis Chapman, Rebecca St. James, Miqedem (Jewish Christian worship), Strahan, Josh Garrels, Ian Zumback, Hazakim, and a few others. Worship music that actually honors God instead of the fleshly feeling we get as humans in worship really hasnt been around or desired since the early 2000's, sadly enough.

I had a bunny for 9 years. She stole my heart and I still love her always. I got her as a baby, trained her young and bonded. It was a WONDERFUL 9 years. I had another bunny for 8 years and became homeless and finally found a job but the adoption rescue place texted, did not call, just texted after my shift they adopted him out and I was never allowed to see him again. I miss and loved my bunny. I love seeing you so excited and adoring of these wonderful pets.
