Are these great for mma training ? And should I sprawl or when jumping up and bag down as an another way instead of touching the ground ?

By time I got to the gym I forgot I how to take the rest. I wasn’t waiting 2 minutes. Not to worry I’ll remember next time. It was killer exercise. I did 12kg and it was killer 👍.

I have question. Why you didn't started with leg exercises?. As i know legs are more important for fighters to stand sturdy on ground. I'm not competent much, just asking.

@@jefferson30121989 Hi Jeff. Thank you for your feed back. I'm glad that you enjoy my videos. Hopefully you find them useful. It is great that you are trying to promote Russian martial arts in US. It's a shame that Highland Games in US don't have Back Hold Wrestling .

@@VadimKolganovSportworldwide do you still train in Glasgow.. I had a few sessions with you back upstairs of the Gracie Barra gym.. I've trained judo got to brown belt.. started training bjj with Marcos.. but loved your sambo classes. But not trained since before lockdown.. But the Isle of Bute has a backhold wrestling event in the summer.. have a family member that lives there so was researching the rules seen that some judo throws would work be legal.. especially trips osoto gari ouchi gari .uchi Mata would work.. but if you still train in Glasgow would love to come along get fit again start training.. be sharp for the summer and try my hand at some back hold wrestling
