I like the composition but not the extreme distortion. I get that it's an artistic choice but it sounds like someone else's speakers struggling to play the song and makes me not want to play it at a satisfying loudness.

tw: suic*de, depression & ptsd I've never respected my fanbase so much more than now. It was such a nerve wracking decision to take such a drastic shift in music, switching up my entire persona is something many people have to take acceptance of I've been struggling to make EDM for a very long time and this was due to stress, built up anxiety and probably the worst depression I've ever had to go through, putting me through near suic*de, and having experienced traumas which has caused me probable PTSD. This has severely impacted my work ethic and has driven me to loss of ideas and motivation to moving forward. People would always judge me, think I'm weird, or make fun of me for going my own route by making animestep and I feel like I've been very inauthentic with my music as of recently (in other people's perspective at the very least). Yes, my Kanro sound is unique in itself, but at the same time, people keep comparing me with other artists and it's driving me insane and it's putting me through so much shit I'm just tired of it. now I know this won't be permanent, things will go back to how it was beforehand in about 4 months time, (since 5 years of Kanro is just right around the corner) but I'm pretty curious as to how this will affect my growth and engagement within the next few coming months. I genuinely cannot thank you guys enough for respecting my change and cheering me on, despite how terrifying this must be, I'm so glad you guys are with me in this. I love you guys so much <3 - KXNRO ♡

Personally I don't really like songs like this, but if that's what you want to go ahead, I don't judge that, but more than anything I think you should keep what you currently do and expand what you want to do, like this song, which is totally different from the usual. I've also never thought it's necessary to compare yourself with other artists, because yes, it's something similar, as is normal, but each one gives it their unique touch, and yours is what I've heard most different from the genre you normally do.
