He was successful even before he started working with Brian and Roger (Grammy nomination, Trespassing album No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart). Two more great albums (Velvet - 84 on Metacritic). Go cry into your pillow. Freddie is dead, but Brian and Roger live. Leave them alone and find other entertainment than trolling their videos.

@@janulake lol, yes I have lots of love around me, just call it as I see it. Without Freddie the Queen magic is gone. Brian is very talented, as is Roger. You have to respect John's decision to retire, stating, "without Freddie there is no Queen." Yes Adam does have some talent, he does try, but he can't cut the Freddie stage persona, charisma and ability to win an audience. Freddie was the glue that held it together. But that band has an amazing catalog of music, that has stood the test of time. Of course fans flock to these concerts, just to hear their amazing music. I actually think Adam is hurting his career, he is heading to 40 years old and what has he done on his own. His biggest success is as a Freddie impersonator, karaoke singer. I can't think of not 1 of his own music has come close to being a #1 hit. That right there should tell you a lot. Freddie was in a league of his own, he was an original singer, entertainer, composer, and musician. There will never be another. Which is why I keep his music alive and wish others would do the same.

These words already tell you how disoriented you are. Adam is a brilliant performer and a phenomenal singer. That's why Brian and Roger chose him. Btw, there are a number of outstanding artists in the world whose own work has not come close to Queen's #1 hit. That is not a criterion. Adam is the lead singer of the Queen. They didn't hire him to compose hits for them. And think about today's music business. Do you really think that the most played songs are really the best? Velvet is a great album with a high rating (Metacritic score 84). Adam said a few years ago that his goal was not to get into the top 40 in the charts, but to make the music he loved. That's why he changed the music label.
