Hi Robin, As part of Kirkcudbright Summer Festivities Program, there is an evening in the Tolbooth called Times Past.I have been asked to come up with some entertainment for the occasion,I have some old clips gathered together of Kirkcudbright and the surrounding area. I was wondering if you would allow me to download some of your Vintage Pieces and show them, which would be really excellent. If you are in agreement would you send me some family information so I can introduce the videos. I hope you do not mind me asking this. Best Wishes Sam. [email protected]

Ok, my fam, I just got a fun idea! This summer, let's recreate the Isle scene in a tribute to the 14 that are no longer with us. There are certainly plenty of Grandchildren and Great grandchildren that can fill in. I think it'd be sensational! What do you say?

Now I've had the time of my life No, I never felt like this before Yes, I swear it's the truth And I owe it all to you 'Cause I've had the time of my life And I owe it all to you I've been waiting for so long Now I've finally found someone to stand by me We saw the writing on the wall As we felt this magical fantasy Now with passion in our eyes There's no way we could disguise it secretly So we take each other's hand 'Cause we seem to understand the urgency Just remember You're the one thing I can't get enough of So I'll tell you something This could be love because I've had the time of my life No, I never felt like this before Yes, I swear it's the truth And I owe it all to you Hey, baby! With my body and soul I want you more than you'll ever know So we'll just let it go Don't be afraid to lose control, no Yes, I know what's on your mind When you say, "Stay with me tonight." (stay with me) And remember You're the one thing I can't get enough of So I'll tell you something This could be love because I've had the time of my life No, I never felt like this before Yes, I swear it's the truth And I owe it all to you 'Cause I had the time of my life And I've searched through every open door Till I found the truth And I owe it all to you Now I've had the time of my life No, I never felt like this before (Never felt this way) Yes, I swear it's the truth And I owe it all to you I've had the time of my life No, I never felt this way before (Never felt this way) Yes, I swear it's the truth (It's the truth) And I owe it all to you 'Cause I had the time of my life (The time of my life) And I've searched through every open door Till I found the truth And I owe it all to you

Wonderful pics, Robin--love 'em. You must've had to shoot pretty wide open to get that nice shallow depth of focus; do you remember what you used for shutter speed and "ASA"?

Then you may have met me. I was in briefly, as the meeting was ending, one day last July. My Dad you would know. He had the flat on St.Cuthbert, across the street, for the entire month of July and joined the group often while on holiday.
