When you can hear the water cascading in but is just under the white grates, is that perfect level? When any disturbance would push water into the grates? Pool I use is always above the white grates and metal rim under water much more than penny deep, and bugs, sunscreen, everything builds up around the side of the pool!! Which is correct?
