dang the lure of a 30ml bottle sounds good to me because i'm already taking forfucking ever going thru just 1 100ml perfume, let alone like 5 of them lmao I'll have to try it instore because we all know, perfume performs differently on everyone~

Get a sample of Flower Lust by D'ORSAY. I can’t stop thinking about out it.

I've heard it smells more like the perfume version of their Super Milk Hair Conditioner. Also Bujairami has the dupe of Super Milk at $45 for 100ml to take it one step further 😆. I've never smelt any of these, l just spend way too much time listening to stuff for nothing 😂🤦‍♀️

Who doesn't love a custard tart... intriguing! I had never heard of them but went onto their website after you mentioned them. I saw Gingerbread, the Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit dupe. I'm trying to forget about it but l think I'm pretty keen 😅

If this fragrance description sounds gross to you, definitely stay away 🙅‍♀ because it will probably make you gag. I don’t mind it overall, but even the opening makes me a little uncomfortable 😆

I only keep a few fragrances in my bedroom or bathroom and the rest are stored in my beauty stash drawers downstairs. I need to rotate through the fragrance drawer to see what needs to be used up. So having said that I’ve only been using my upstairs scents including Solinotes The Blanc Eau de parfum spray. I think this is an eau de toilette as it isn’t strong and does not last on myself very long. It does remind me of Elizabeth Arden Green Tea scent though. My second favourite is Versace Bright Crystal eau de toilette. I have used up half of the 10 ml spray in just around a month so I bought a 30 ml bottle at Winners in Canada for $60 CDN dollars. And lastly I love the Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet eau de toilette spray. My least favourite was a blind buy mini trio of 10 ml versions of Britney Spears Fantasy, Fantasy Intense and Fantasy Sheer. I only like the sheer version. The others will become bathroom sprays.

I'm waiting to use up some of my perfumes so I can go and purchase some of these!

I also get burnt rubber from Empire Victor. No vanilla or citrus. Just terrible.

Have you tried Paris Corner's North Stag Expressions III/Trois? It's supposed to be inspired by LV Imagination. I blind bought it for the citrus-tea combination. It too, has ginger but I don't get the jarring.

I gave Yara away. It’s was a nice air freshener to me. I love noble blush. It reminds me of a wearable lighter version of guidance when it’s dried down. Really enjoying your channel. It’s good to hear reviews from another Australian

Lactea Divina is sooo freaking gorgeous for me. It’s milky but nit too gourmand because of the white florals. I’ve been wearing it non-stop, even when i go to the gym lol

Update: I just saw the pinned comment🤦‍♀️ Empire Victor was reformulated in April of 2024. I wonder if you got the old version. The old formulation had an animalic oud note, which many people didn't enjoy, but I don't recall anyone mentioning a burnt rubber smell, though 🤷‍♀️. I personally loved Empire Victor straight out of the box. I didn't get any burnt rubber. It actually was a sweet vanilla for me on the first spray even without macerating. I don't get much lemon, though. Still a love for me❤

Have you tried Marshmallow Blush by Aroma Concepts? It smells a lot like Kayali marshmallow.

Oh, you’re the first I’ve heard described Lactea Divina as coconut cream and it sounds divine. Blanche Bet OG and her confessions did not work for me at all.

I don't like her confessions but my educated assumption is I don't like tuberose dominant scents or scents that are too sophisticated. I down own the Paris corner dupe but I was able to spray it in store and it seemed creamier and better than her confessions but still not my profile. her confessions feels like warm milk maybe even baby milk. but it doesnt smell like something I want on my body

Sounds to me like you may have gotten the older batch of Empire Victor, the one with the oud in it. They reformulated it without the oud and slightly different notes I think in April of 2024 and the new formula smells like lemon cupcakes to me

I tried to focus on getting through some perfume samples so this month was kind of all over the place but I'd say out of all my full bottles Akro Bake got the most attention! 🍋 I sampled another new lemon gourmand Liis Choux Choux which I did not like at all. The very initial spray is nice but then immediately turns into a stale bathroom air freshener scent, ugh just no. 😂

You got my hopes up with those australian dupes. Such a shame they dont deliver outside aus. Theyre the only one who duped the scents i love.

I want fluffy vanilla lemon. But now im scared. Love to get an update if they swap out your bottle for a new one. Also loving all the perfume content even if i dont have any personal comments to add for January 😂
