Straight up, as an 8 year Best Buy employee, I swear at least one of our training videos had this guy presenting it. Even introduced himself as the 'Dell Dude' and did a modified version of 'that line'.

Ben is awesome. We had a couple of guys in our high-school class who were exactly the same - charismatic, loved by students, teachers and parents. It's too bad about his (temporary) down-spot in his career, but I'm glad he got back on his feet.
