the fabric used for backdrop is white sheer, for table runner floral foam is a foam for dry fly floral

How many days in advance do you start on the decorations?

It depends the venue, normally a day before, like here mostly the wedding is fall on Saturday, so Friday afternoon we start decorating. Some venue the allow only same day like in the morning then event start at 5pm.

How do you secure the end of ceiling panel to the roof, like what are you attaching the wire to? Is there a button or a hook? Maybe if you create a short showing what’s on the middle of the ceiling panels! I see you attach the lights to that point and have the wire attached that you raise up! Just confused how you do that!

At the end of the panel you have the gray pvc pipe. I know you said you safety pin the ends of the drapes to the rod. How to secure the lights in the middle to the rod? Do you just safety pin the fabric in middle to the lights? Or do you secure to the rod? If you do it to the rod, how? Do have a hole in the fabric and rod in the middle you clip to? Also with safety pins does it now overtime make real big holes in the fabric?

Did you just get the fairy lights from Amazon? I am having a hard time finding end to end connectors where they plug and connect with each other. Also for the drapes you can’t use a rod pocket so I would assume you would need double the draping material? Also great videos! I really enjoy them! I hope you make one day showing the circle you created for ceiling draping! I’m trying to figure out how to create my own! Order from USA looks to be too expensive for the ones available to purchase!
