It drives me mad! It must be a really slow news day if all they can do is focus on a so called “troubling” photo. I mean realistically who doesn’t tweak photos. Does that mean we’re all dodgy? Of course not. It’s just beggars belief. The media stirring up nonsense yet again. A non story.

@mrsbabycakes55512 жыл бұрын
It’s great, no Leakage, I can’t feel the to of my bladder, so lose sensation when o need to pee. So just have to make sure I don’t get too full. As I can’t feel I am full. So have had occasional accident until I realised. I do have genitofemoral nerve damage which causes pain. Bending and stretching on any way causes pain. So I have struggled to find work that doesn’t aggravate it, as it’s inoperable. It’s from having two huge surgery’s.

Have you tried different stores??, I can understand your frustration, in my case, I would get a bag and a bunch plastic sleeves, slip in receipts, photocopy of receipt and manual with warranty which you store in the bag and repeat with all your appliances so you have a file for each thing you buy with warranty, hope that helps you in the future with such cases like these.

Thank you!! So many people go through not only having a fistula, but also going through a million doctors all telling you different things with all of it just being Bull-oni!! It's frustrating, it's miserable, it puts your life on pause and you can't see any light at the end of the tunnel. I am going through it now only I believe that not only is it a fistula but also a prolapse. It's awful and you would think that it wouldn't be that hard for experienced doctors to figure this out quickly but.....no. It's like they are blind for the first few months you are in treatment and FINALLY....they start to see what is actually happening. Loved listening to your story, and you have a great attitude considering everything you told us!! :)

I know exactly what you're talking about with the catheter. I had mesh removal and had to carry one home for 3 weeks. I have just found out yesterday I also have a vesicovaginal fistula. So just waiting for Monday to make an appointment with my specialist. Oh gosh....I so hated that catheter and now I will have more surgery to repair the fistula and will once again have to carry one around. Carrying it around is much easier, lol.

In 2016 I was diagnosed with a vaginal fistula. In 2018 I now believe it has closed on its own because I am no longer wearing the heavy pads but now i wear light pads. It seems that I am not strong enough to hold the urine in. the pelvic floor exercises seem to be helping right now. I am just watching to see how strong I can get the pelvic floor muscles to work in order to hold in the urine. Wow, i am so sorry you have to go through so many procedures in different transfers from Doctor to doctor. I was wondering are you a Christian? do you pray? based on my experience I have learned that praying and trusting in Jesus helps a lot and we know that our God Is A Healer he is able to heal us. Doctors are great but always pray and seek God's healing as well. I will pray for you. By the way, I am a woman, this is my husband account...lol
@mrsbabycakes55516 жыл бұрын
Anthony Reid if you are not able to hold the urine this would suggest you still have the fistula, have you had this checked?i couldnt hold my urine no matter what exercises I did. I would have it checked out. You don’t have to go through this. Thank you for your kind words.

Bless you sister. A very well explained point of view. The photos showing the modesty of Christian women in the Victorian era really surprises me. The women in those times placed a very high value on modest dressing,.. almost similar to Muslim values on modest dressing, presently. I believe that as Christian values in Europe were rejected or not practiced through the ages, you can see the evolution of the so called "Christian" women dressing from their modest dressing in the Victorian era to the current almost naked bikini. How Christian morals has really changed through time. So sad.

I come from a very multi racial background, one of my sisters is 1/2 Kenyan, and I have a step mum who is Chinese, my dad was a Buddhist, and my Mum is a Catholic, and religion is my family is very diverse with many different faiths. We all get along fine ( we argue over politics, not religion). I have lived all over the world am an ex army brat. I strongly believe even freedom of faith, whether I believe in Islam is irrelevant, but its your freedom to follow your faith, just as it is mine. The media have a lot to say in all this, as they have driven many of the arguments, and fanned the fear, and too many people dont like to think outside the box, or do their own research. Too many sheep in this world sadly.
