40k miles in 36 years . not a daily driver and never will be. they are out there but driven so rarely that you have to be in the right place at the right time to see one. 10+ years since I have seen one on the road.

Although exceptioanlly beautiful, this car remains conceptually handicapped. It's heavy, the CSI even more so. At nearly two tons and measly 380hp under the hood, it's not winning any performance points any time soon and it couldn't even be classed as ''quick''. It's a luxury coupe and nothing more, sadly it couldn't become best of both worls and buying the CSI to get the top trim of the car is just not worth the money, buying a regular E31 and tuning it up might be though.

Had a manual e39 530i for 13 years. It was my M5. I loved just getting into it - each and every time. It was a joy to drive. I'm glad I had that time. I'm biased but it is still for me the most beautiful looking car!

Just bought an arctic silver 99 z3 coupe with 89k miles. It was delivered a few weeks ago and it’s getting some love at Bimmersrus. 5K of love so far, returning it to oem because the coilovers that were on it were absolute garbage and I’m just scratching my head why someone would clap out such an amazing car. I’m going oem suspension and replacing a good bit underneath. Eventually I’ll put some ac schnitzer style wheels and maybe a bilstein/H&R combo but for now I just want a bone stock car to see what the fuss is about. I haven’t even driven it yet!! I’ve owned it for 3 weeks and haven’t driven it and I’m literally dying inside

Speaking for all Americans I can assure you we love them both! Tourings are a little more special in the US because they weren’t sold here new, so any M5T on this side of the ocean is a rare sight indeed 👍✌️👌
