Since epona its a unique horse only using an amiibo what happens next? Its over its dead forever or you can use it again to spawn other epona?

If I remember correctly, you can only use the Amiibo to spawn her if she’s still alive, and you have to use the Horse God to bring her back if she dies like with every other horse
