I appreciate the thoughtful and respectful debate/discussion of these issues. My only question is why are we only discussing the morality of using the HEK line in vaccines, when it has been used to test a huge number of modern medications, including most of our over the counter pain relief? I have never heard anyone in the pro-life community arguing that we should research which of our medications were tested on HEK and refuse to use them on this basis, so why do we apply this standard only to vaccines?

Great discussion. We need more of this. Folks need to stop acting like sheep and understand what they are doing/taking. As it relates to some of the discussion regarding "unjust wars", nuclear weapons, and indirect support to corporations that are doing some immoral things, I think those are poor comparisons to bio-ethics related matters (rather big stretch). These other issues, to me, are much more dependent upon one's personal opinion and experiences, whereas, the use of cell lines that contain aborted babies is now and will always be grave moral evil. I have a hard time believing that we can accept the "fruits of the poisonous tree", so to speak.

But with this "vaccine" you can still get Covid 19 and or it may or may not lessen the severity of it. What if that were the case with polio and measles and rubella vaccines? Didn't they mostly "wipe out" the potential to get those diseases? This has *not* been tested *long enough* in my opinion. So as it stands, this was worth listening to and a good discussion, but 'my body my choice' and I will still continue to refuse this "vaccine" that is not a real 'vaccine' as of yet. Until there is a TRUE ETHICAL choice, no way. No how. Good on Stacy for her understanding, which is mine also. You want it, get it. The common good cannot be realized (imo) if we are jeopardizing the lives of others, mainly the MOST VULNERABLE of all, babies in the womb. Their murder does not (imo) make this "vaccine" worth saving "grandma." She's lived her life. They have not even had their first breath and will never have an 80th birthday.
