This film rocks hard when you’re a young one, but even better now 20 years later when you’re a musician & understand music differently now.

Every time I watch this scene, I’m captivated and engaged the same way and forgo of reality the same as when I was 10 years old and watched this movie in 2023… I still feel the same way & my skin just burns from a wish I never experienced… Little did I know at the time that music is what I love the most in life. The experience I get from this scene may be the same I get when I learning to play the guitar.

Saw this in theatres when I was 13. Had a guitar but never played. After watching this movie I went home picked up my acoustic guitar and I’m still playing to this day. This scene is awesome. Thanks jack

This is the most pivotal scene in the entire movie. There Mr. S is, taking a wiz, going nowhere in life, when suddenly, as he pisses on the world below him, he hears music from above, perhaps from heaven. From this point on, his life has purpose and takes an entirely different direction.

One of the children's home staff brought some guitars one night to the group home. Anyone want to learn how to music I'll teach you. I looked around it with the other kids were doing. I looked at those guitars. And I was struck. He even gave me a Sony Walkman that was waterproof so that I can practice my song for my debut. Shout shout let it all out these are the things we can do without. Come on. I'm talking to you. The rest is history. In 2012 I got my golden ticket on The x Factor what's the original songs. Teach your children music. Give them an outlet that will last their life. And together we can make the world a better place.
