Im wondering if this light is strong enough to lift the exposure/ambiance of a whole room, like when you have a keylight on yourself and the background is too dark. Also, does the grid do a job of focusing the beam angle, say for a rim/hair light?

It's good to see an updated design of the infuser assembly. The previous Chefman I had the infuser would sometimes fall thru the opening and it was difficult remove at times.

No one has mentioned the price. How much does it go for?

I don't have one of these but I'm interested. I suspect that when you get near the end--say you're slicing a tomato--the final bit that's normally hard to slice by hand will get jammed up and not cut well--the blade will give way around it, it'll squish in, something. I'm guessing that the sharper the blade, the less this is an issue. I'm also guessing that it helps if the user makes sure to not apply too much pressure to the pusher. I wonder if the blade is reasonably removable for sharpening, and also how well it gets cleaned in the dishwasher, since the actual Dash Safe Slice Amazon page shows it being dishwasher safe. Note: the one you linked to in your description is not the Dash brand--it's a knock off called "once for all".

That’s not the correct way to push in the co2. Press it 3 times for 2 seconds per push (firmly) you will have light fizz. Press it 5 times for 2 seconds per push (firmly) you will have heavy fizz.

I've just bought one of these and am about to collect it today - now though, having seen a few of these demonstations, my concern is that you're probably going to hit the handle on the resting part when you go back to what's known as the 'catch'. A LOT of rowing is about good form and technique and my concern is that you won't be physically in the right form/position when you're right back at the start position, with knees totally bent, arms straight and your back/pelvis/hips pivoted towards the machine at around the 11 o'clock position. I believe you'll be hitting the handle rest point. Also, absolutely no disrespect, but your back is not tilting at all, it's totally upright throughout the stroke, so I'd take a look at your posture. PS - I only paid $100 for mine, so I'm not complaining :)
