I loved the 1st condo they ruled out. It was small yes but would have been easy to keep clean and maintain and it was more private than the last one. 4k over budget isn't much and it was fully furnished and turn key. The house was way too big, over budget, and would need a lot of maintenance and renovation. The third house was dated and lacked privacy.

Why are so many Americans moving to Mexico??? Very weird. I flew up to Tijuana for new years and I stayed at the TJ Hyatt. I was shocked when I saw all the white families.

The 2nd house is huge but could be a lot of problems with maintenance and upkeep. The 3rd condo is ready made for fun and relaxation for vacation time with all of the attractions and amenities. The views of all 3 homes were Beautiful. Lovely Couple. Husband chose what the Wife wants.
