Those jockey/pulley wheels are already worn. It will wear your new chain away if you continue to use them.

Derailleur wheels are relatively soft and don't really damage the chain, their tension on this derailleur in particular against the chain is quite low as well. You can replace them yes but it only matters for noise.

ставите велик передним колесом на что нибудь типа стула и фиксируете, затем вкл передачу сзади повыше а спереди пониже, чтоб нога заднего перекл ушла вниз/ назад, затем окунаете эту ногу звездочкой в кружку с жидким парафином не глубоко, достаточно погрузить цепь, и делаете 4-10 полных прохода цепи через парафин вращая педали назад в не быстом темпе, что бы парафин стекал но не разбрызгивался с цепи затем оставляем высохнуть, удаляем сосульки парафина с рамы и звездочек ( можно использовать карточку банковскую и зубочистки, там пластиковую палочку какую, а можно до процедуры обмотать раму малярной лентой, я вообще оставляю все как есть и еду кататься , отваливается само получается эффект варки за 10 минут без снятия цепи, на пол под велик стелем газэтку, еще теплый пролившийся парафин с газетки можно скачать в шарик и забросить обратно в резервуар

I suppose it might work to some extent but officially you need the M5120 rather than the M5100 shown here. (the min and max high gear is 51t). The M5100 B gap is too big by about a minimum of 10mm or more and that can lead to shifting issues.
