A good video but being a MGTOW I will respectfully disagree with you, especially the last part. While most men need woman not all of us do. I'm 38 and have always been single. The realisation to making peace and finding acceptance with it has taken me nearly 40 years but I've finally got there. I now embrace being single! 😎

The more we are aware of our emotional state, the reasons we feel inferior to others for example, the more we can identify and heal and find our worth. Just allowing ourselves to feel every emotion that passes through us throughout the day, just allowing all emotions to flow without resistance. This is the process of becoming self aware.
