I think they still own it for U.S television distribution, since this show still shows up as one of the many things PRO distributes when you head to their website. Because of that, that’s why I noted that it’s pretty interesting to see an official ITC print slip in for one episode, considering PRO’s appearance on a majority of Weigel’s prints. The ITC logo I understand is usually seen on a lot of streaming prints for the show, like the one I capped from Prime Video a few months back.-Omar

Well, by the time the revival 80s seasons had come out, Hanna-Barbera was more well known as a kids animation company than they had been during the 60s. To help make the Jetsons appeal more to kids for the 80s, some things about the show were changed from the original concept, such as with this more synthesized music along with some of the episodes' storylines.-Omar

Well, as of 2024, this ad no longer airs on OPB since Cyberchase was pulled from their Saturday schedule at the beginning of this year. Maybe if it does ever come back, OPB might actually update this ad?-Omar

It didn't scare me either. Surprised me the first time I saw it on TV, but never was scared by it.

Yeah. What’s interesting is the fact that this series didn’t actually reach full fledge stardom until after it entered syndication. When the first 8 episodes (including this pilot) initially aired, the show didn’t really receive that good of reception. WKRP wouldn’t get as much popularity to reach its syndication stardom until its 2nd season. But still, the end of this scene l just made me laugh my pants off!-Omar

We do have remastered prints of Mission: Impossible airing right here in the U.S, like with our old Season 2 capture of this show from last November. It's just that with airings of post-Season 3 on MeTV and MeTV+, there are surprisingly a few handfuls of episodes (not all of them) that are still old and not remastered.-Omar

@@OmarAndCesarsMediaArchive That's because a lot of people still don't understand how widescreen works, in the reverse of how people thought "letterbox" movies on old TVs were somehow wrong. All of these shows should be presented in their original form, and those who insist on having their screen filled for no good reason, can select "zoom" for themselves, on their own TVs. Leave the rest of us alone.

@@kerryedavis Here's what I've noticed, the widescreen cropping is usually for TV broadcasts and Streaming, and I feel if MASH got a Blu Ray set, chances are they would keep the 4:3 aspect ratio. When CBS Remastered Frasier for Blu Ray the original aspect ratio was kept, but in Peacock it's cropped, same thing for Cheers, on the DVD's and Blu Ray's it's 4:3 but on some networks and streaming services it was cropped in.
