Is this program more than saying " I understand! You can do it!" It seems a little condescending to everyone involved, frankly. And odd to not believe parents have tried saying these things, multiple times. And is it CBT based? My child already failed CBT outpatient intensive.

What are the long term results? Have children been surveyed as adults? CBT and SPACE are the same except one is therapist and one is parent. And CBT only improved half and so you’re saying SPACE is the same. So if CBT didn’t work, would SPACE? How does SPACE fair with children who have experienced trauma and parents who use gentle or connected parenting?

you've placed the thought. You asked a child that is still developing options of opinions. Those opinions you've placed by asking them. Before they can develop one of their own.

Positive or Negative is determined by the individual. Many variables are to be considered. Especially, if "False" representation is the Positive of the Individual portraying the evidence given

I am Japanese. I have been studying whether American babies will be able to speak English in their mother tongue in 2 years and 6 months. After about 7 years, I found out the reason. We have elucidated how the baby's brain can memorize English words. The brain hears and understands native language words at the wavelength of the voice and the waves of the frequency. If you have Japanese friends, please see my company's homepage with Japanese「ww.555net.jp」

Please rename this video. "The talk" is generally about human sexuality. This study and video are about harassment and how parents can prevent it. It's a great resource, but the title is misleading. It's not about "the birds and the bees."

It's sad, because there's so much marketing convincing parents to buy all of these electronic "educational" gadgets to use to teach their toddlers language, colors, numbers, etc. Same thing with the "educational" TV programs geared toward toddlers. And parents buy into this, and think they're helping their kids, when they're actually preventing them from learning. :-(
