The only reason that Seele fell off is because of her ult, her skill is multi hit so you are bound to proc the crit on turn but her ult is practically 50/50 to crit since it's a single burst. You either crit on ult and deal big pp dmg or don't crit at all 😂😂 my Seele is 70/180 but mai God seeing the non crit ult is painful

on one-target characters you always want to go as close as possible to 100%, for the exact reason you've mentioned, too much of a loss
