Mike V stopped during a comp once and spray painted "Neil Blender" on the floor.

i was at Underground the skate shop near BU and i was about 11 and was trying to learn to kickflip and Charlie Wilkins happened to stop in, he showed me what i was doing wrong.. I nailed it on my first try. I was psyched. Ill never forget that.

My favorite skater when this dropped! Skating looks good as hell to Jamiroquai. I miss the excitement of getting my 411 in the mail. It came out infrequently enough where I’d forget I had a sub so it was like a treat every time. Gershon and Quim Cardona will always make me wanna go out and skate!

Dude would flow without falling all day like that. And to me that’s better than an ultra edited 120 tries to land a trick that they will never pull again. Real street skating here.
@rebusd11 ай бұрын
underrated? As one of the true greats of modern street skating, yes, absolutely slept on as someone else commented. Gershon knows where the bodies are buried, industry-wise. A man true to his convictions and possibly too good (=moral) for the establishment, definitely too savvy and outspoken for the now-corporate skate world. Skate long and prosper Gershon.
