I didn't finish my October journal so I'm going back and filling out the pages I missed and writing and sticking random things in and catching up with my November journal too! Need some writing tips though to fill the empty spaces with! Love your video stay safe!❤❤

I have one journal for everything 😅 it's a Moleskine Classic. If I have too many I won't keep up with them all. With just one journal, I always have written something in it each day, even if it's only for one category I could've had a separate journal for and not all three categories. This means I am less likely to get discouraged or overwhelmed and more likely to stick to journalling. Not sure if that made sense but it did to me 😅

Also.. Deep Relief oil is a favorite of mine too!!!
