It is amazing in December, Syed! It is even greener and less crowded. One thing to keep in mind with Muir Woods is that because it does get so crowded you need to make reservations. 70 miles north of Muir Woods is Armstrong Woods that is just as wonderful. Thats cool! I onow there is a pretty abundant amount of people that hop on a trreadmill and walk that rail with you. Those folks may like the faster pace!! What a conundrum!! Excellent videos, just do a slow one once in a while for us pokies! When im hike trails, i average close to 1 mile an hour!!

Mr. Guy, I want to watch your videos because i really love your trails. However, if you could slow down about 25% or 30%, i would watch them ! The speed in which you walk, look around etc. the totality of the hike is too fast for me. It makes me dizzy. I do not have the capability on the device (TV set) i am using to slow down the video. That is the only thing keeping me from watching regularly. Thanks, for considering this comment.

Another lovely one. It was kind of interesting walking through that multi million dollar residential neighborhood, quite the contrast with the humble beauty of the beach, waves and tide pools.

I agree. This contrast highlights one of the many great things about California and that is that public access to all beaches in California is guaranteed. It is written into our constitution. Beaches in California are something the rich can't buy. Thank you for watching Geoffrey.

Beautiful, thank you sir. Do you do scouting trips to these places first before filming them? Curious. Your the only one in KZbin who does this. How many miles is that walk?

I love to hike. 90 percent of the hikes are hikes I have done before. If I am filming a new hike, I will look at the maps and figure out what I think will work. But I haven't gone to a location prior to filming to scout it out. This hike I think is under 2 miles. Thanks again for watching!

Lovely, many thanks. Consider incorporating the location into the channel photo+listing, or at least at the very beginning of the video, rather than embedding it in a caption after the video has begun. Some of us geeks like to find it on the map.

My newest video has the Parson Jones tree that is estimated to be over 1300 years old. It is amazing to be in the presence of a living thing that has lived so long. One of the many reasons I love redwoods.

The fire must have been bad, in some small areas the ground is still black & a considerable amount of trees didn't survive. Beautiful place tho glad it's recovering. Thank you for sharing.

It was a terrible fire with 95% of the park effected. I visited the park when it reopened (a couple of months after the fire) and it was devastating to see the damage. Thank you for watching Keys On The Go.
