This was back in the day before they made it really big, but they were well on their way. They're all skinny! Always loved watching William Lee on stage. His mic stand became his baton at times. Great sound. Great memories.

i have read that The Oak Ridge Boys had previously been an opening act for Steve Sanders...then known as "Little Stevie Sanders", who was quite a singing sensative during childhood and the teen years. I remember watching him on "The Gospel Singing Jubilee". (Note: this might have been an earlier edition of the ORB...)

Glad I got to see them in concert a couple of years ago. Glad there are so many videos and recordings of them.

Love these guys! Joe’s absence has left a huge void but I’m sure the ORB count their blessings for all the years they had him. My heartfelt condolences to his wife and children. What else can you say? It doesn’t sound enough. 🙏❤️❤️

They sing this song like the Church is alive and doing what God has called it to do. Dottie Rambo sings it like the Church is dying.

Who else knows that this melody is “Sweeter Than The Flowers”? Also, the jackets and especially, the hair! I say this with the greatest affection because I am one of the all time greatest Oak Ridge Boys fans.

I'm seeing this in 2024, just days after the passing of Joe Bonsall, and I confess that I had not seen Steve Sanders before....he was certainly more animated than William Golden, but I like Golden's contribution better.
