Okay, let me put my tinfoil hat on. Although I love and prefer the ideas that Carl either chooses not to talk or humans cannot understand him, I think there’s a third option we’re missing. I think Carl can and does talk, but they altered the video to cover it up. There’s a suspicious amount of assurance that this video is what ACTUALLY happened, which makes me think that it’s not. For some reason, they edited llama sounds over Carl talking. I have some ideas as to why: The idea of talking llamas may disturb the public more than necessary (although a llama giving someone 37 ouchies is debatably worse) The company is working with Carl, giving him victims in exchange for safety. The company is a front solely designed to give Carl victims. Feel free to reply with any of your ideas!

Has it really been 15 years? The first time I saw Llamas with Hats, there were only 2 episodes. Coming back to this series 10 years after it ended is nostalgic and almost sad.
