New to this channel. Love it. I like the house, but from a financial standpoint, I don't understand why you need such a big house for just yourself? The cost to keep it clean? Have you thought about the cleaning cost? It is Florida, so hurricanes? Yes you will experience hurricanes! Have you thought about hurricanes? It doesn't get really cold for the most part, being that it is Florida, but the cost to run AC in the house? And dude,when you run the AC unit in your house, you are not only running AC in the parts you spend most time in, but parts you clearly said that you aren't going to be spending tons of time in. And dust collects, spending money on cleaning rooms you clearly said you aren't going to be spending much time in doesn't make financial sense to me. When Hurricane Helen hit the southeast I know some people reported spending up to $2,000.00 just to have trees removed from their yard. Yikes! When you need plumbing or electrical work done on your house that's not cheap, unless you can do your own repairs. Hope you have money in your budget for paying repairmen to fix what brakes. As financial expert Dave Ramsey says, "the more you own the more repairmen you have to get friendly with." Just so you know.Not trying to rain on your parade, but in my opinion, you should downsize and stop throwing money out the window. Just words of wisdom from an older guy of 40 years.
