Here because the nugs directors are insane and would rather pan over the crowd than show the players that are actually leading the corresponding piece of the song. thank you for your service🫡

I’m 70ish and old enough to remember the Woodstock Festival in NY State. Levon Helm and the Band were 👍 imo, as was the tribute concert for him and an effort to save the ‘Barn’ done in Rutherford, NJ around ‘16 (IIRC). It included some of the original remaining members, plus other well known artists. Although I’ve 💕’d Clapton for years, and thought it was nice to do this in remembrance, I didn’t think he was up to par with what he CAN do. Like he’s admitted himself - he can play well WHEN he wants to, and other times he doesn’t!

Boston sounds better today than they did in the 70’s. The lead vocalist they have now sounds great, even looks a bit like Brad. Just wish Brad was still here. I always loved their music. I praise Tom Sholtz for his genius and wanting to keep the band going! These guys will rock into and right through infamy!

Song is so powerful that he takes second spot to the lyric, and the memory of Rick. Well done Eric.

This is 2024. This kid was a massive MTV pop star lol. I am 37 today and raised by dead touring hippies. With tech the way it is I'm already a fist waving crotchety old man. Slang has passed me by, and the music, I'm at a position that would of taken 10 years longer? Just a generation ago. Yeah, I have to hand it to this guy, his time with the dead did him well., his time in the hospital almost loosing his voice, that got him into the dead in the first place, did him better. My hippy parents and their friends all hated this dude at first but grew to respect him. I have as well, comment above isn't wrong, he really is turning a new generation onto to tracks that you, even my young self have been listening to for half our lives. That's a special thing : ) So like the man or not, I respect his Journey as a person, and what he is doing on his solo stuff. Would of been soo fucking easy for him to just go back to making pop. I don't think he could comoletely at this point. Seems like a real good dude! Decent cover as well. Hope he does stuff with Billy Strings!

Actually its a cover of a Roy Hogsed song written in 1947. Thorogood has always been a helluva blues man and guitarist. Still alive, still touring and having a great time.😛

Duel of Gods... the closest thing I've seen to the movie Crossroad where "Lightning Boy" Martone (Ralph Macchio) duels with the devil incarnated in Steve Vai.

I miss Brad and Sib. This isn't Boston but I guess they keep it alive. From my understanding Tom Sholz "isn't the man he seems to be". he pushed out all the the original members eventually and they became broke. Sure he wrote most of the songs and composed them but i get the feeling he ruled over them due to that fact and gave them little respect. I think Brad eventually killed himself over it. There's a lot out there about this if you research it. Brad made that band and Sib too who was an incredible drummer for his time with his skill and feel for music and I aspired to that growing up.

They put on a really great show. I had honestly put them on the back of my mind but they really proved themselves. (I found them to be better than Bush, and I remembered Bush). All that said, Great Show, Great underrated Venue!
