he has potential imo bc he’s a much better shooter than 0/25. he’s looked a lot better in summer league than the stats say. the ability to get open good shots is more valuable than a couple shots going in. he plays the right way and really hard .

The problem with just shooting from the outside is Wemby is too quick. He ain’t going to stay in the paint and he can easily contest 3 point shooters. Steph maybe a mobile artillery, but Wemby is a mobile Defense wall. Not saying U.S.A. is going to lose, but it’s going to be very tough if they face off against France.
