Hi there, absolutely. The great news is Waybook has both hundreds of templates as well as powerful AI to create a training manual for a wellness spa (and in fact thousand of other business types). Looking at Waybook's structure builder now, it suggests there are 6 core areas to a complete employee training manual for a wellness spa: - Spa Operations - Wellness Treatments - Client Events and Workshops - Guest Experience - Business Management - Staff Management and HR - Marketing and Sales Each of these sections (or 'Subjects' as we call them in Waybook) would likely have 4-8 'Documents', each being a process, procedure, SOP or piece of information. For example the Spa Operations would include SOPs on: - Facility Maintenance - Equipment Maintenance - Inventory Management - Treatment Room setup etc... Each of these can either be pulled from a Waybook template, generated by Waybook AI, Imported from an existing document or easily documented from your mind or existing operations. It's worth noting this is a snippet generated from a quick example but it would be much more customized to your business within the Waybook platform.

Some helpful additions here. I like the Bulk Actions in the Manage section. A suggestion would be to allow for bulk saving (downloading) of PDF documents (by Admins) that would save the pdf of which ever documents are chosen.

Fantastic addition with both the Templates and Progress Reset. Feature request for Individual Progress Reset - it would be great if there was the ability to have specific documents reset on a set schedule. EG, The staff need to do certain documents within our Employee handbook every year. It would great to set and forget the schedule. It might be that all team member redo a certain part in January each year, but other parts might be better to timed for their work anniversary.

Great to see a demo of the features (AI and Feedback) and how the work within the system holistically. Shots is a very welcome addition and should allow for more of the creation process to be in a single place. Really keeping Waybook as that single source of knowledge. As always, it's great seeing how quickly the team adds and improves on the product - well done!

Great update allowing access control to the Document level. As a new user I was just wondering about this, but my question was going to be about the ability to have controle over STEPS within a Document. I have thought of a simple enough work around, but control at the Step level would be useful in this situation. My use case is that with my limited/early understanding of Waybook, that I would set up 3 (at this stage) Templates, for SOPs, Policy, and Software). After a Document is created/availble for the Contributor-level esurs, they would start the process to capture, create, import the information/processes. I thought it would be handy to have a couple of STEPS inside the Template that would be used during the development stage/setup of the Document. One might be a communication page (just for that Document) where team members could leave suggestions, notes, comments, and update a basic development cycle table (??) for the Document. Another STEP might have a summary of the design or language standards that we want to used. These comms etc would be availbe for furture reference (due to my newness I am not sure if this would be of use or not??), but would only be visable to contributors and above. Once we have finished the initial creation process and the Waybook goes live (as such), most uses would switch back to being Readers, so when they go in to do the annual reading of a policy, or see a newly developed or edited Document, or look at a SOP, they would only be presented the relevent Read STEPS. A simple workaround would be to delete the STEPS once final "Go Live" approval has been given, immediately prior to Publishing it. It was just something I have been contemplating the last couple of days - how to best track a document's creation cycle and the team's input/communications.

Hi Greg, I imagine we'll have discussed this via support channels, but for posterity, hidden steps will still be available to anyone in your team with access to edit them so they can absolutely be used in this way. We also have some very exciting new features to support content approval and collaboration in development, so we're making building new documents as a team in Waybook even easier!

You rock like always.... . Just a feedback/suggestion to add a cherry on the already SUPERB cake. In the Link tool, is it possible to enable a "toggle" feature so we can see more links on the same page or without scrolling the page down too many times. As you know with the passage of time, we are having way more links i.e. business links, social media links etc.. etc. So I thought, we can toggle the categories "close" and "expand", we could have more links categories on the same page and of course each category will have the links under it. Thanks again. You are already doping the very good work.

Verification is a powerful feature. Does the date have an enable reoccurring option. Some documents have to be reviewed every so often for compliance purposes

Thanks Kenna. Currently you can set a date for verification and monitor all verified and non verified documents both from an admin level, also the documents you're responsible for. Recurring verification dates are on soon on the way 😀

Do you need a paid license for view only access? PS. You might want to cosnider not requiring a credit card for a trial. Large orgs, like mine, will never furnish one and will skip the product all together.

Thanks for your comment. Regarding access - all members who require a login to your Waybook will have their own 'seat' on the paid plan. Giving them a custom access and permissions, individual tracking, reporting and tests. However any or all of your content can be shared publicly should you wish. Waybook use this for a variety of reasons e.g. sharing brand guidelines with external marketing, sharing with suppliers how to make deliveries, helping customers prep or onboard, share information with candidates in a hiring process. To your point about not needing a credit card for access - we totally agree and have made that change - you can now create a free trial with no card and see what all the hype is about :-D
