How about bottom teeth? Does this mouthguard have space to put the gel on the other side? Or do you have to use the same mouthguard (upside down) for another 5 minutes for the bottom teeth?

Hey, sorry, I did a quick reply. But yeah. This surgery is OUTRAGEOUS. I hope you are supplementing vits A, E, D, K in oil form, under the tongue; and using Ox Bile for fats. Wish you the best either way.

If I’m able to transfer my vhs tapes I’ll put them on discs, Instill have my cd players, I would back them up on a flash drive as well…I don’t have that many tapes ( thank goodness).
