I have this same mower and after mowing the yard yesterday I shut it off and when I went to start it back it wouldn’t crank but I could hear the relay switch click after turning the key. Will you offer any suggestions on what may be the issue? I checked the fuse and it is still good. Also is there more than one fuse?

On my 2012 RZR 900 xp4 I had a no start issue. Pulled the line going to the injectors and there was very little fuel flow coming out when cycling the key on and off. So I proceeded to pull the fuel pump from the tank to change it and noticed that the little hard plastic fuel line that runs from the pump up to the white plastic mounting flange was cracked nearly in half in one spot. Removed it using a razor knife and replaced with some submersible rubber fuel line and the RZR is back to running like new.

You are an amazing person! I've been watching videos for hours for my Gravely 52 XL zt. This video has by far been the best and most helpful. I appreciate you very much and I will definitely come back here when I have anymore issues with this damned mower of mine! My father died a year ago. He was great at small engine repairs and he taught me so much, BUT I always refer to KZbin just to be on the safe side! Thank you Sir!

I bought zt hd stealth 2 years ago, ran fine last year. This year it just turn over, checked the basics fuel, air, spark. Brought it to the dealer and it started up for them. Last night i experimented, it still wouldn't start so i lifted the front and dropped it. Started right up

Thank you sharing your video and testing procedures. I have the same starting issue. I did the same test but while checking the gray wire and turning the ignition switch it did give me a beeping sound indicating power. Based on that test my next step is to test my ignition switch.

Ok, let me start by saying this is perhaps one of the best instructional videos I have seen. Please tell me that diagnosis of skin cancer turned into a positive. That fact that you are blind does make a difference, but I can honestly say, some of the tips you mention make sense. I was having problems installing these springs but after seeing them, I was able to accomplish it.

Steve, I have a similar mower. A gravely zt50 with the 691v Kawasaki motor. When cold, the mower starts fine. Once I’m running for a while and turn the mower off it has a hard time starting. I get a loud buzz noise. I’ll have to turn the key several times to finally get it to turn the motor over and start. It seems that the starter doesn’t have enough umph to turn the motor. Is the starter bad?

the shocks are shot too. The tender springs are compressed almost as far as possible and the thing is still setting flat in the back. That thing is hammered poo... I'd file a suit against the seller if I had somehow managed to purchase that thing.

Those are 100% factory Kawasaki lug nuts and washers. As far as the center caps, they can fall out within 10 MI. There are a lot of worn-out things on that machine, a lot more than 600 miles

@NoSightNoProblem I bought mine used 900 Mi on it didn't have any of those problems like that one has. When I first took my wheels off to swap out to some 34 inch tires I could not get the wheel off with all the lug nuts removed. Took a lot of praying but I finally got it off. Come to find out it looks like the previous owner used a tube of silicone in each center cap so they wouldn't fall off
