Mine came after watching sewol ferry footage now I can’t watch any movie with sinking ships in without feeling light headed and my heart race. But only footage of people on sinking ships does this to me, just watching it from the outside is fine but seeing people trapped and the idea of being trapped inside as it slowly fills with water is what makes me feel panicked 😣
