Absolutely! Who doesn’t love being treated well as a customer? Great service really can make all the difference and create a lasting impression. It’s amazing to see that consumers now prioritize customer service above all else when choosing where to shop or do business. It just goes to show that a positive experience can turn a one-time customer into a loyal advocate.

A set of skills to help you manipulate others to get your own way, would be more honest.
@SirKingWest28 күн бұрын
Some say that leadership = influence. Isn't "manipulate" another word for influence? However, I think the emphasis of this video is more on controlling one's emotions, something I'm sure you would agree is a positive thing!

Interesting video- he states that customer service is now the main reason and factor customers want to do business with a company; however, with the technological advances in the modern day, more and more opportunities for interactive customer service are being substituted with automated A.I. systems. This video is 9 years old, so I wonder what an updated version would look like! This video was pre-Pandemic...

Focus on the speaker: Give full attention, maintain eye contact, and minimize distractions. Avoid interruptions: Let the speaker finish before responding. Stay non-judgmental: Maintain neutral body language to avoid seeming critical. Show interest: Use verbal and non-verbal cues to convey curiosity and empathy.

Taking A Sand "I do not hit. It hits all itself," Bruce Lee once said. There is a lot of wisdom hidden in that. For a very long time, I didn't defend myself against others at all. Then came a time when I learned to defend myself against others. Then I learned to defend myself against myself. And everything comes together through this opening quote. And you free yourself from others and from yourself. Because it's not just others who attack us. We attack ourselves, or we convince ourselves to attack others. Or others hit us and as a consequence we hit ourselves. And by not hitting or not striking, I protect others and myself from myself. And I protect myself from others by not hitting myself in addition after they have hit me and I have hit myself in response. At the same time, if you hit a punching bag too hard or too often, it swings back. This means: "It hits all by itself." You protect yourself from others. This art is a mastery, but one that will pay off in the long run. Because freedom from others and from yourself is the reward for taking a stand. Counting The Hits As a compassionate person, you are often the victim of bullies who want to insult, bully or, in the worst case, hit you. Or even fellow human beings who hurt you. If I counted all the hits in my life, there would be very very many. But I'm counting the hits now. All insults or even jokes that hurt me are accepted and integrated. I don't even have to like it, but I still count all the hits and keep a list. When attacks become fuel, you take the energy of the bullies and your fellow human beings and transform it into your own energy. Standing Strong I count my hits and carry them proudly. How proud i am to look at how often people hurt me and im still standing strong.
