They tore up the road coming in, then when the main road was done in the new development, they destroyed the old road which ruins access to existing businesses and neighbors. This means it will no longer be plowed during the winter leaving many stranded during the heavier snow events, and a muddy mess when it thaws requiring more maintenance every spring.

As a asphalt plant manager, I can say that was not a road built to last. The trucks added to the wear quickly and the base was insuffient.

The Gravel Trucks knocked the seven light our of the paved surfaceS, the developers of the VALNOVA Development should have either returned those roads to serviceable condition or been billed by A.C.H.D. for them returning the road to serviceable condition. Tearing them up and putting down gravel is a cop out by A.C.H.D.
