There's rules against it. Lots of rules against it. Qwan'tez Stiggers never played a down in the NFL, played in the CFL for one season, and he is on this draft. He isn't eligible for free agency until he goes through the draft process. There's also a rule stating that if you played amateur ball the year prior, you have to go through the draft process to get to the NFL. It's the rules.

I've said this too many times to count over many years. More players should voice against some teams. Might they fall a bit? Sure. But how high you go in the draft doesn't matter as much as your nfl career does and how much money you make. If you drop from top 5 to late forst round, but join a great team and culture that develops you into a Hof'er, that's worth everything. Eli made the right decision, and more should follow in his steps.
@mitchellbonner65702 ай бұрын
This doesn’t even correlate to the post, it’s was picks 4 and 5 that got traded… no one dropped. Second no they shouldn’t. Then what’s the point of drafting high vs low. Terrible take

@ChickenFriedDryEraseMarkers2 ай бұрын
@@gagejernigan5277 not entirely true. Bc eventually the salary cap would become an issue. If a team has no money to spend or roster spots and it's tough to get on that teams field to make an impact to earn top money after your rookie contract; then no, players wouldn't all want to go to the same 5 teams. Even the chiefs. Plus, I'm not saying players should make a list if 5 teams they do want to play for, just 5 they don't.

I agree with this statement but I believe there should be more to this statement. You know you’re not supposed to foul a jump shooter; what steps can we take to prevent this: -we can close out better -stay on our feet when contesting -Keep two hands 🙌 high in the air without lowering them until after the shot -don’t try to block the shot - you could be over more on the help defense to avoid a late close out -you could be too close on the close out in the first place We must say HOW exactly to prevent these things when it comes to basketball. It’s obvious we shouldn’t foul a jump shooter, everyone knows it. Saying that we should’ve foul a jump shooter during them game isn’t gong to do a thing when the time again happens.

If you don’t think a player on the #1 college program in the country is aware of exactly how he fucked up there I honestly don’t know what to tell you. Not one player on that bench needs to get taught in the middle of the game. That’s what practice is for. On gameday the coach is there for praise, accountability and making adjustments to what players are in the floor and what sets they are running.
