Hi Kelly, Your video about real estate Post Cards got my interest. I am not a Realtor but contractor that does Dryer Vent Cleaning. I would like to just target a single sub-division, Condo community or neighborhood between 50 to 500 homes at a time. I do not have a Post Card designed, do you recommend anyone. Question for you on offering part of your commission to the buyer, don't you technically have to be a Realtor to "earn" commission? How are you advertising that you're offering commission without getting in trouble? Just curious as it is a smart idea!

Thanks for the great info. The Mailbox Power offer you referred to you mentioned a 6 week cycle. It could be an obvious answer and wondering how to know when to stop the automatic sends if they relist with you or someone else sooner? Would you schedule a check of the MLS for all the homes you've sent to the day before the next postcard is supposed to go out so you can end the campaign if relisted? That becomes a lot of cross checking when you begin to accumulate a large amount of homes you've been targeting. Yes, a lot of income too...just wondering your thoughts for this? Thanks in advance.
