Thunderpole, also badged as the Jopix CB-514 (which is usually cheaper.) Will also TX/RX on the 10m amateur band. (Use of which can only be used if you have an amateur license. )

I remember my mate having a president back in the day! We sat in her dad’s garage freezing cold but having a laugh on the rig. We used to spend most nights knocking it up one or down one on our quest to find a quiet channel. 1 to 40 was never quiet back then. Happy memories from my home20, “Choccy Town”

Really, the Thunderpole can tune from 25.615MHz to 30.105MHz, meaning it also covers the 10m amateur band. Can the Randy do that?

WE WERE a couple of young kids in 80s living life and having fun. You could have given us a hat covered with tin foil and we would have thought we could speak to the moon. What is your problem? Were your parents (assuming you know them) on drugs as I know heroin was big in the 80s) was you the result of an un planned pregnancy? You can get a car kit for it ben 😉, that microphone clip is for youre dash ben, that round thing and the screw go in the back of the radio mate it hangs up on the dash

Great video. The hand set I have is a tti TCB H100 and this works great. Ginger Beard Folkestone 20. Back in the day I had a HARVARD 410T (BIG radio) that is back in 1981. I run the 38 group here in Capel-Le-Ferne Yes I now live there Capel-Le-Ferne is nr Folkestone.

Why go to a garage and spend 150 for an oil change when you can get a new oil filter and good oil for 50? Plus doing it yourself, you know it'll be done right. I've taught my 14 year son to change the oil in my car and his sister's car and he loves doing it. A skill that is sadly lacking amongst younger generations who grew up playing with playstations and not working on cars.

I use quality oil every 6k. Shell helix ultra ect c2/c3 0w20 cost me £35 for 6 ltrs. No brainer against the stuff from euro

Hi on etsy ive seen garden chair made of horse shoes they sell for three hundred plus.the cacti are quite winter hardy there is many photos with them covered in snow.they are a type of opuntia.species microdasys (Prickly pear) So long as they have well draining soil with lots of grit mixed in to keep roots from water logging.or cover with a tarp in winter to keep them dry.they will take very low temperature respect.cheers.😊

Cant beat a bit of cb fun ben. Im waiting to get the thunderpole car kit for my thunderpole tx handheld, so i can do it properly in the car. You will enjoy youre tx when you purchase it. They punch well above their weight mine even works indoors i have a video of mine indoors by the window on its standard rubber duck

I bought the lidil version of this ben its brilliant power bank, car jump, pack torch , and tyre pump was about £60 quid, get that bad boy for youre dad if you see it, being out on dartmoor alot i need good dependable equipment, im recommissioning my old mag lite led upgrade so ive got a rugged reliable tough torch.

Hi Ben my wife bought a talbot 1990 with no power steering a couple of months ago we had to completely strip every thing out as all the wooden frame just rotted away the only thing in the van is a gas locker and that it. Where the cassette toilet and shower was there was a hole in the floor as some bright spark had put 2 heavy batteries on the wheel arch and had pushed the wall away from the frame now i have fixed that where the water heater was there is a hole in the side which i hope to get fixed soon. what kind of immobilizers did you fit.

i used to use a stihl hs45 when i used to do gardening it would get kept over the winter without use for months on end and it was so old man that thing was so difficult to start sometimes
