"The impact of staff and nurse well-being on patient outcomes is profound" - Heather Theaux. So timely in today's healthcare climates. Love how using Elemeno empowers the front lines to share what resources are helpful and what would help them do their job.

Hi, Craig, I am just seeing your comment. I’m Heather Theaux, Director at NorthBay. This program has been a game changer for us. We prioritize our own content and the product transforms it into bite-sized job aides. Which is a win for everyone. We even got orientation/competency shortened by 40% thus relieving the staffing crunch on my staff. Also a great way to communicate with my staff outside of the mountain of e-mails with every burning issue from the entire hospital. I can boil it down to what is important for them. I welcome any questions you may have. It’s been a game changer, for us.

Why is an add for software being brought to us on the ENA KZbin channel? Personally that isn’t why I come here. Now maybe an episode about an ED nurses inout into the software would be interesting. Or maybe even how software technology can help us and use the company as an example, but not a beginning to end advertisement. The concept of this software isn’t new. It’s been around a awhile, it’s simply server based instead of device based. Now this particular company may have made it look pretty, but I’ve seen same basic concept using Wikis.

Anyone who gets physically violent with a healthcare worker of any sort, an airline flight attendant, or pilot should get the same treatment as a child molester gets. Throw their ash into a federal prison for fifteen to forty years. Then deny them ANY health care for life. Trust me, you will see the violence decrease to nearly zero in a matter of one year. What do I care if a drug addict on PCP, or a drunk gets thrown into general population of a max security prison. Nurses flight attendants, lab techs, and pilots work their guts out some days. Doctors spend seven years and more to get their education. They don't put all of that effort in to have their jaws, and ribs broken. Drug addicts, and alcoholics are scum.

Seems silly to using an acronym in the title of a KZbin video and not even defining the acronym in the description of the video.
