Its also the prep before the cut as well remember. You need to make it as easy as possible for your body to flush that weight

This is so unhealthy someonr will hurt themselves doing this soaking in rubbing alcohol is poisonous dude wtf??? You can go blind. Also 4 pounds of Epsom salts is toxic and you can overdose magnesium which is technically a heavy metal electrolyte. Your going to shut down your kidneys with that amount of magnesium you will throw your potassium sodium and calcium levels out of what and can have heart complications

I don't think I would be able to handle that intense sensation. My anxiety would get the best of me. Imma just stick to fasting in the morning and then hopping straight on the treadmill on a day by day basis, which sheds 2 lbs off of me every day. If I had to make weight, I'd probably try that, though.

Added food for thought: I just did 45 minutes with only epsom salt. No albolene or alcohol. Also i had a big lunch right before the bath so my belly probably has a ton of carbs holding onto water. Only lost 2.2 lbs (154lb to 151.8lb). Did this for testing purposes only. Didnt cut carbs or sodium for this, just did it randomly on a normal day. Will add the albolene and rubbing alcohol for this weekends competition.
@jonnywills13 ай бұрын
Update: Did it again but added more salt and albolene, didn't have rubbing alcohol. Empty stomach, after a 3 day water load, reduced sodium and reduced fiber, but still high carb diet week of. Lost 2.4 pounds in 25 minutes. 152 to 149.6. On weight for today's same day weigh in :) and I get to have a pancake lol Not as drastic as everyone else but I'm maintaining high glycogen levels so idk.

my favorite sweep especially since all my training partners have learned to stagger their stance to mostly defeat the muscle sweep. I can even hit this when they drop their knee down before or after the sleeve switch

I think the albolene actually makes it less effectivd. The osmotic presure of the super saltywater wants to remove water from your body via the skin. Unfortunately when your skin is covered, this is inhibited. You can cut 2x as much withiut the cream i think. (At least lthers have in the same amount of time)

Something often ignored is your start weight and hydration. If you’re starting from 130lbs and you’re dehydrated you’re going to be able to cut SIGNIFICANTLY less than someone 200lb who’s hydrated. Just think of % of body weight there is you need to lose
